What Balloons we Brand

• The balloons we prefer branding with Vinyl Decals are as follows; 18" Circle Foil, 20" Star Foil, 18" Heart Foil, 20" Deco Bubble Balloon, 24" Deco Bubble Balloon, 15" Orbz Balloon, 21" Jumbo Orbz Balloon, 3' Giant Balloon.
• We use branded 11" Balloons and we get these printed at the Balloon Printers

How we Brand Balloons.

• We brand most of our balloons using Vinyl Decals.
• We ask the Client for an EPS Vector File of the logo to ensure it is a high enough quality to cut.
• We use Adobe Illustrator to size the logo to fit on the balloon we are cutting it for.
• Our guide for sizing a logo is 20cm for an 18" Circle, 25cm for a 20" Deco Bubble Balloon, 25cm for a 15" Orbz, 30cm for a 21" Orbz, 40cm for a 3' Giant Balloon.
• We use a couple of machines to cut logos for our balloons including a Graphtec and a Roland, we started using a silhouette cameo which is a great machine.
• We have some tips and tricks for getting the branding in the same place on every balloon if you are doing multiple for an event which we show in the YouTube video below.

Why

• Branding adds value to your Corporate clients - it is a cost effective way for Corporate Clients to add branding to an event.
• Branded Balloons can be used as signage in an event, table centres or to dot around a room.
• Branded Balloons can be sent out to customers to promote a new product.
• Branded Balloons can be added to Balloon Walls, Arches and Swooshes to create Branded Photo Opportunities at Events.

Pricing

• As a guide to pricing we recommend charging an additional £4 - £10 per balloon depending on the size of the balloon and the complexity of the logo.
• Further ways to add value to bespoke branded balloons would be with bespoke tassel tails to match brand colours, or bespoke shapes on the tails.
